TARGET ASSET PROFILE
We focus on small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) with a proven track record of stability and predictable cash flows. Our ideal targets meet the following benchmarks: $500k – $1.5M in annual SDE or EBITDA; documented operational systems with low owner dependency; and a diversified customer base with high retention. We are primarily active in Business Services, SaaS, and Essential Consumer Services across the U.S.
